3 things you should be doing.

,
This week is my kid's spring break. Part of the reason I created a business was for full autonomy over my time.
So this week we went on a short vacation with the kids. And because of some of the things I've implemented, my business was able to function "business as usual" while I enjoyed time with my family.
Here are some of the things I've done that could help you too:
- Hire help- Hire help in your business and help around your house. You cannot stretch time, but you can add bodies. Adding helping at home gives you more time with your kids, your partner, and yourself. And at work, it gives you the wings to scale.
- Create systems for everything (reach out to my girl Alicia if you need help in your business). Systems set you free. Free for others to help.
- Prioritize you. You over everything. If you are not the priority, you will never be able to show up for anyone else in a way that can be helpful.
Even if you just do one of these things you will feel your time open up and your energy levels increase. Imagine what could happen with two?? Or three??
Moral of the story- you can't do it all. And there are people who are just so much better at it (whatever it is). Trust the process of those who have come before you and JUST. LET. GO.

Content ideas for 3/14-3/18
Whether or not your social media presence is female-based, it's a good idea to share a few tidbits in celebration of this holiday out of respect for women. Putting together a few pictures of inspirational women of your trade, in a video with quick and easy facts relevant to your business is a great way to show support and be involved. You can always reach out if you need guidance with execution.
Mon 14- #WriteYourStoryDay #PiDay You have written your business story over time, and it should be shared! People love to get the inside scoop, whether behind the scenes, bloopers, or then and now.
Tues 15- Social media is a place people research new ideas, people, and products. It's your creative marketplace, so make sure it shines when it comes to communication. Look through your videos and make sure potential clients can easily tell what you offer and the variety of variations. Use your Tik Tok and Instagram page like a business menu and make your title lines bold! If you notice an element of your business is missing, work on covering that topic today.
Wed 16- #EverythingYouDoIsRightDay Do you ever have a day where everything goes right? No? That's ok! Act out the perfect day in the office or at home—plan, and film 5-second clips around where you work and situations that are going right. Then fuse them in your video editor. Pick a trending sound, click on that hashtag and have some fun!
Thurs 17- let's talk about user-generated content once again. Does your brand have its very own hashtag? If not, use your time today to come up with one to introduce. Encouraging your current customers to share the product or service in a fun way using your hashtag is a great marketing tool for user-generated content. Reposing shared photos is also a great way to connect with people who already love your product and create brand authority.
Fri 18- #AwkwardMomentsDay It's Friday, and it's time to cut loose a little bit. Lip sync your favorite Office sound byte. You can easily search a few under the Reels search bar. Or if you have your own awkward idea, bring it to life! If you need some help getting ideas started, reach out here!
