When you look at the habits of some of the most successful people, you see a lot of things they have in common. They take care of their bodies by eating right and exercising, they take care of their minds with meditation and journaling and most of them read a lot of books.

I LOVE to read, mostly non-fiction "chick-flick" type books (not the super raunchy though...no judgement if that's you), my favorite being the Janet Evonavich series about Stephanie Plum. But business and mindset books are great too, and super important on your entrepreneurial journey.

Here are some of my favorite business and mindset books I've read:

1. You Are A Badass at Making Money- Jen Cincero (this book changed my life)
2. Untamed- Glennon Doyle (this is a mindset book and every woman must read it. It's amazing)
3. Big Magic- Elizabeth Gilbert (I just love the concept of ideas in this book, and being an entrepreneur means being creative. This is a must read)
4. Never Split The Difference- Chris Voss (Such a great book about negotiations but also really interesting)
5. Atomic Habits- James Clear (great ideas and good story telling along with it)

I just started One Million Followers by Brendan Kane and it's so good so far! What have been your favorite or life changing books? I'd love to know, reply back!

Instagram Launches Caption Sticker

It's official! Everyone on the app should now have access to captions. You can currently use them on your stories (choose the sticker after you record it and your captions will populate) and Reels captions should be coming soon! 🙏 Captions are great! Not only because many people are scrolling social with the sound off, but also because it makes the content more accessible to everyone! If you don't have it yet, update your app! All About Those Audio Rooms

It's finally here! Clubhouse for Andriod now available! And Twitter spaces is open to all users with more than 600 followers! If you've read any of my emails, you know I love Clubhouse. The audio-only is so nice, doesn't matter where you are or what you look like. I also love that you're interacting with new people in real-time. So different than any other social platform. What are your thoughts on audio-only? Reply back, I'd love to know.

Keep on Repurposing

I hope by now you are creating Tik Toks and repurposing them onto Instagram for Reels, but have you heard of YouTube Shorts? It's YouTube's answer to Tik Tok and it was first rolled out in India but is now fully available to US Creators as of May! So...3 chances to use your short-form video (4 if you count Pinterest video Pins). Quick sleeping on these videos guys! Let me know how I can help you make this happen.
