☕ Tuesday Tea - Best Drink to Ease Yourself into Fall

Dear ,
I'm not a big fan of coffee, so I'm not that familiar with the menu at Starbucks. They do run a great campaign for fall drinks though, so when my daughter asked if she could try finally try their Pumpkin Spice Lattes, I gave in.
I know what you're thinking. It's so expensive! Thankfully, Starbucks has a BOGO (buy-one, get-one) promotion running on fall-themed drinks on Thursday afternoons throughout the end of September. I had to download the app and join the rewards program to take advantage of it, but it was relatively quick and easy.
We tried the Pumpkin Spice Latte, and neither of us were really a fan. That wasn't a huge surprise to me, but I think she was a little disappointed after hearing so many people sing its praises for so long.
We also tried the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte (requested without the pumpkin spice they usually dust on the top). Delicious! It tastes quite similar to eggnog.
I'm sure it has too many calories and too much sugar and carbs to make sense. That seems to go for all of their drinks though, so if someone is intent on dragging you along on their next Starbucks run and you're not sure what to order, I'd recommend it.
I've been lucky enough to share some fantastic free stories with my readers this year, and this might be one of my favorites. Be sure to download a copy before sitting down with your next cup of whatever makes your tastebuds happy.
There's nothing practical about magic-which is why I ditched my wand years ago. Thirteen years, to be exact. The day I left Silverlake.
Except now, a family emergency has called me back home, and quite frankly, I'd rather be anywhere but here. But when my aunt raises her wand to cure a friend and he ends up dead, it becomes abundantly clear I'm not leaving anytime soon.
Welcome to Silverlake, a place where nothing is EVER as it seems... and where a witch can find, and lose, a lot more than herself.
Until next time,
