☕ The Tuesday Tea - Boosting Clairvoyance With Chamomile

Dear ,

Tea can be a comforting drink, and there are some who believe it can heal body and mind. But what about enhancing your extra senses?

I stumbled across a list of teas from the Embrace Your Senses Foundation that are meant to strengthen your psychic abilities. I wanted to test them out but thought you might like to tag along for the ride.

**Obligatory disclaimer: As always, you should be mindful of any natural ingredients' medicinal uses and possible interactions with medications and other substances you may be taking.**

Right away, my eye was drawn to a supposed Clairvoyant Boosting tea made with chamomile, lavender, valerian root and cinnamon. (I bought my ingredients from San Francisco Herb Co.) You're intended to drink this at night before bed or while meditating:

Take the following ingredients:

  • 2 tsp chamomile buds
  • 1 tsp lavender buds
  • 1 tsp valerian root
  • pinch of cinnamon

Steep in 2 cups of water for 2-4 minutes

Of course, you don't really know if your psychic powers are increasing unless you test them first. There are many different ways to gauge your ability to see beyond the five senses.

If you have friends who are up for it, you can help test one another's clairvoyant skills by using the sender/receiver/moderator method. Have the sender write the names of cities on five slips of paper. One by one, have the sender project thoughts about major landmarks to the receiver. The receiver should talk about what images they're picking up on, and the moderator should write it all down. At the end of the exercise, you compare the city to the notes.

I appreciate this method because sometimes what you sense is not exact. It's interpreted through your own associations, so, for example, Paris might make you think of Minnie Mouse.

You can also work alone. One super easy method is this ESP test found online, where you try to guess which color of the color wheel will be randomly selected.

Find a method that works for you and keep track of your results over time to see if your 'clairvoyant boosting' techniques lead to progress.

If you decide to give it a try, please reply to this email to let me know your results!
