Solar Plexus Meditation

For this meditation, find a comfortable seat and take a couple of deep breaths to settle in. Think of your solar plexus chakra as a small seed. Imagine with each in-breath that you are feeding the seed with beautiful light and energy and with each out-breath, it grows a little bit more. Allow the seed slowly to bloom into a beautiful 10-petaled yellow lotus (or any flower that your imagination desires). As it unfolds, allow it to unleash all of your hidden or undervalued power, self-worth, and passion. Let the flower's beauty and light fill you up and make you whole. Allow your confidence and self-worth to bloom with the flower.
