Steals and Deals

Happy February, My Friends!

Hope you all are staying warm! We're getting snow in our neck of the woods that *looking out window* has already melted. Well, I guess winter was nice while it lasted.

If you're snuggled indoors, though, wanted to let you know about some fun things going on.

The Woodcutter is on sale here in the U.S. on Kindle until the end of the month! These sales are run by my publisher every now and again, so grab it for $1.99! And it is super easy to buy a copy as a gift and have it e-delivered on a day of your choosing on the date that you'd like. Get all those birthday and holiday presents knocked out now! Look for the link below the "Buy" button.

As you may, or may not, have heard, there's been some pretty "not cool" rights grabs by some of the major audiobook distributors. As such, I've moved Queen Mab over to a site called Story Fair. They offer fair royalties and licensing terms, and that allows me to pass those savings along to you. One of the major holdups for me in creating more audiobooks has been the scary predatory terms that just didn't make it worth it, but now that Story Fair has been created? I am going to start getting those wheels rolling again. So, if you haven't gotten a copy of Queen Mab yet, hope on over to Story Fair! More to come!

Switching gears to the more playwriting side of things... If you're located in Ridgefield, CT, you can catch one of my shorts at the Ridgefield Theatre Barn's One Act Play Festival starting next week. Should be an absolute hoot! If you end up going, take a picture of your program and send it to me and I'll feature it in my next newsletter!

Finally, as a part of "Oh Darn..." news, a digital copy of The Woodcutter, as well as digital pictures you have sent to me over the years of you reading The Woodcutter out in the wild, was onboard the Peregrine One Mission to the moon last month. Sadly, as you probably saw on the news, the mission was unsuccessful and had to be turned back to the earth to burn up in the atmosphere so that the little lander didn't run into the international space station or knock out a satellite. So... we are stardust. But there is talk of putting together another moonbox for a future mission. I'll let you know that news as it unfolds. Thank you for being a part of this journey! This leg is over, but it isn't over yet!
