It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Krampus

Happy Krampusnacht! It is the eve before St. Nicholas day and, according to legend, the night Krampus comes to town to mete out punishment to naughty girls and boys. If you thought getting coal in your stocking was harsh, Krampus was a whole other level...
But the legend inspired this middle-grade story I wrote for a charity anthology long ago. It asks the question: What if the spirit of Christmas was replaced by the spirit of Krampus? Well, two brothers are going to have to race to the North Pole to try and turn things around. With illustrations by gothic artist Abigail Larson, this is a great story for kids who want a little thrill, but nothing too scary (Goosebumps level.)
And it isn't scary on your wallet, either! You can grab it on any of your favorite e-reader devices for only 99-cents! Listen, I gotta make sure I'm on that "nice" list myself. No one wants to be put into a sack and hit with Krampus's stick!
