Hello, My Friends!

I can't believe it is already July! Where did 2025 go? I feel like I was just saying this about 2024!

Well, I have some fun items to pass along if you're looking for fun things to do this July.

I'm currently down in Sacramento a the B Street Theatre for their 2025 New Comedies Festival!

New Comedies Festival? NEW COMEDIES FESTIVAL! My play, Working for Crumbs, is one of four plays to be given an incredible week of development (that's where you sit down with a director, dramaturge, and a cast and work through the rough bits). We had a great launch in their black box with 125+ VIPs and get ready to take over the mainstage tomorrow to rehearse and discover! It will be 29-hours of rehearsals culminating in two staged readings.

If you'd like to witness the fruits of our labor (and vote for which of the four shows you'd like to see on their mainstage... hint... hint...) come out to see Working for Crumbs on Friday, July 11 @ 8PM and Sunday, July 13 @ 2PM.

For those on the East Coast, Building Madness is getting a staged reading at The Genesius Theatre in Reading, PA. Admission is free! Just show up and you're IN.
