The antidote to fear

Fear is at an all time high and people are wondering: Will things ever get better? If you've felt the weight of uncertainty, here are 20 quick tips for you as we head into the end of 2025!

Hey !

I think you would agree...

Fear is at an all time high.

People are second guessing everything.

Which has made our performance (and confidence) take a hit!

So, I wanted to send along a few tips that I use to stay positive amidst the chaos.

Here are 20 helpful ways I stay positive:

1. Get good sleep.

2. Prioritize energy.

3. Be a good friend.

4. Never hold grudges.

5. Build a plan of action.

6. Connect with mentors.

7. Let go of things quickly.

8. Work hard at something.

9. Stay present in the moment.

10. Focus on what I can control.

11. Intentionally prepare for adversity.

12. Re-visit my goals every single day.

13. Tap into consistency over intensity.

14. Run toward the things I am afraid of.

15. Surround myself with positive people.

16. Always ask: “What can I learn from this?”

17. Use failure as an opportunity to get better.

18. Work on developing discipline, not motivation.

19. Get clear on a vision for the future that excites you.

20. See fear as an opportunity to grow into your best self.

The future will always be uncertain.

There will always be things to worry about.

What matters is that you keep going.

Toward a future that excites you.

One that inspires you.

Right now...

The world needs people that bring hope.

Be the kind of person.

People need it more than you think.

Your friend,
