RECORDING a song I wrote called You Can Do Better and I'm very excited to bring it to life and release early this fall!

PLOTTING an experimental interview/podcast with Brandon Thomas while he's out on tour with Leon Bridges Europe. Brandon has graced stage and studio with the likes of Layla Hathaway, Luke Combs, TI, Angie Stone, Cardi B and dozens more. More importantly he's like a brother, and I'm looking forward to kicking off this experiment with him.

P.S. I learned something CRAZY yesterday...

So there's a caterpillar that, when threatened takes the form a snake. I mean it absolutely looks like a cartoonish version of a miniature viper. Naturally this would appear in my IG feed the morning after I dreamt of a yard full of hundreds of snakes. Heavy sigh! -J.C.
