Hey friends! This newsletter is going to be shorter, life has thrown me some unexpected curveballs that I'm dealing with. Everything will be okay, just dealing with it.

Thank you for the love you've shown Book 2 in the Shifting Pines series, Claiming Her Cougar since it's release on August 29. I hope you are loving Mallory and Liam and their story as much as I loved writing it.

I will be participating in the 6th annual Fall Into A Book event in the Isn't It Romantic Book Club that starts on October 18. Violet's story (Bigfoot Finds Her Groom releasing February 15, 2026) is off being developmentally edited and Ollie's story (Bashful Pucking Bigfoot releasing December 12, 2025) is being copy edited. I'm about to start writing their cousin Lily's story which I'm planning on releasing in late spring/early summer 2026.

Oh! I finally went to Staples! I purchased a three ring hole punch for a project I'm doing, some plastic folders and...drumroll please...a composition notebook! Will I ever write in the notebook? Probably not or only for a page or two, but it gave me the dopamine hit I needed for only $.50 so that's good. LOL.

Being serious for a moment - tell the people in your life that you love and appreciate them. You never know when you may not ever have the chance to do it again.
