1) The Story Lab Cohort: Deadline October 2nd

2)  Young Indigenous Business Grant: Deadline Sept 29th

Canadian Council for Indigenous Business (CCIB) launches the Young Indigenous Business Grant, a grant open to young Indigenous entrepreneurs. 18 successful applicants will receive $2,500 each as well as a one-year CCIB membership to help expand their businesses.

3) RAISE Grant Program: Deadline Oct 1st

The Racialized and Indigenous Supports for Entrepreneurs 2025 - 2026 (RAISE) is a grant program that supports Indigenous, Black and other racialized entrepreneurs who live and operate their small business in Ontario. The grant program will provide business development training and a one-time grant of $10,000.

4) BDO VC Pitch Day 2025: Deadline Oct 1st

This is an exciting opportunity for serious technology and life science companies in Canada to connect with the innovation ecosystem and secure one-on-one meetings with investors. This event is designed for growing tech and life science companies looking to secure seed or Series A funding.

5) Advanced Manufacturing Technology Program: Deadline Oct 7th

The Global Innovation Cluster for Advanced Manufacturing will co-invest between $1.5 million and $8 million (CAD) for new, world class innovation projects across Canada.

6) Building Communities through Arts and Heritage: Deadline Oct 15th

The Building Communities through Arts and Heritage (BCAH) program helps you celebrate your community, its past and its present. The program increases opportunities for local artists; local artisans; local heritage performers or specialists; and local First Nations, Inuit, and Métis cultural carriers to be involved in their community. It also allows local groups to commemorate their local history and heritage.

7) Digital Creators Pilot Program: Deadline Oct 16th

The Digital Creators Pilot Program is designed to support the growth trajectory of mid-career Canadian digital content creators, who are making short-form video content exclusively for digital social media platforms – YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

8) Ontario Music Investment Fund: Deadline Oct 23rd

The Ontario Music Investment Fund (OMIF) is designed to provide targeted economic development investment to the province’s vibrant and diverse music industry. OMIF supports Ontario music companies with strong growth potential to maximize return on investment (ROI), and create more opportunities for emerging artists to record and perform in Ontario.
