Merry Christmas from me and my imaginary friends,

and may you feel the warmth of God’s love this season, in whatever circumstances this finds you. 🌟

That’s the main reason I’m sending this newsletter.

Since I’m writing anyway, let me remind you about the free downloads of the expanded anniversary edition of Secrets and Lies: those end December 14 at midnight Pacific time. (Yes, I’m on Atlantic time, but the host site runs on a different timezone.)

Want your free copy? Click here: mybookcave.com/direct/secrets-and-lies-expanded-anniversary-edition/

To those who’ve already downloaded: If, when you have time to read Secrets and Lies, you also have time to post a review, it would be appreciated. But there’s no obligation to do that. You can post a review wherever you regularly buy your ebooks. And/or you can post to Goodreads: goodreads.com/book/show/221274966-secrets-and-lies

If you’re looking for some Christmas reading for a few stolen moments (or after the day itself), I’ve reviewed a lot of Christmas fiction over the years. You might find something you like on this list: janetsketchley.ca/reviews/christmas-fiction. My most recent review is a feel-good Christmas novel from Davis Bunn: Prayers of a Stranger

Of course, my imaginary friends and I would invite you to the Green Dory Inn for Christmas with Deadly Burden if you haven’t already been there!

Oh, and if you’re looking for a suspenseful non-Christmas read, Heather Day Gilbert’s Queen of Hearts is on sale for Kindle at $0.99 until December 19. Please note, this sale is only for US and UK Amazon. (I don’t make the rules!)

Wherever this finds you, thank you for opening my email and I wish you a lovely week with some time for a good book. Again, God bless you with His Presence as we celebrate the Light of the World who entered our darkness to bring restoration and salvation.

Until next time,

Text: Janet
