Today, I have sovereignty on my mind. Living a sovereign life means being free from undue influence, able to make up our own minds, and act in alignment with our truest nature.

Culturally, women are often expected to put their needs second, third, fourth, etc... and that makes it really hard to live in sovereignty. 

There are moments when I can find myself falling short of my self-sovereignty, when I catch myself giving my power away unconsciously, or in an effort to keep the peace. Maybe you do that too from time to time. 

What if there was a way to hold on to our power and stay in alignment? 

Every woman carries a throne within her heart—a place where she reigns in harmony with her own truth. To sit upon it is to embody true power: not power over, but power from within.
