Hi, my gorgeous friends!
It's been a while since I've been in contact 😏 —I've been busy honing my color skills and getting ready to get ready! 🫤 I've been diving deeper into my emotional body and doing some deep embodiment practices to feel safe being seen and heard! It feels like I've been in my own ooey-gooey caterpillar-to-butterfly metamorphosis process! 🐛🕐 🤎🕥 🦋
Today, a podcast is LIVE where Isabelle Bridges interviewed me on The Mother's Empowerment Podcast. We talked about empowering yourself through color!! 🌈🔮 I'd be very grateful if you would check it out!
The podcast is available here: The Mother's Empowerment Podcast
I'm excited to hear what you learned and if you picked up any tips for yourself. Hit reply and let me know!
Thanks!!!
Peace and Love,
Janet
