I know how easy it can be to wait.
To tell yourself you’ll start when things slow down, when work is less stressful, or when life feels easier. I completely get it.
But remember your subconscious is always learning and it’s taking cues from you each and every day. If you’re stuck in a particular cycle, those patterns can get stronger over time.
