What a whirlwind of a month it has been! From the raging wildfires in Los Angeles that have left communities on edge to the surprising 12-hour TikTok ban—or was it just a clever PR stunt?—there has been no shortage of dramatic events.
With so much happening all at once, it’s completely understandable if you’re feeling overwhelmed and in need of a well-deserved break to reset and recharge.

Sweetheart Stretch: Valentine’s Day Partner Yoga

This partner yoga class is a playful and heartwarming way to connect with your partner through movement, breath, and trust. In this guided session, you’ll work together in poses that encourage communication, cooperation, and support. No yoga experience is necessary and all couples are welcome!
