This could be your out-of-office message when you join me on June 14 for the Reset Yoga Retreat in Columbia, SC: 

Right now, I’m somewhere in Columbia, SC, deep into a downward dog, sipping sweet tea, and soaking up some much-needed self-care at a yoga retreat. 

My inbox, much like my stress levels, is currently in do not disturb mode. I’ll be back and bending over backwards for emails (literally and figuratively) on [return date]. 

If it’s urgent, try [backup contact], or better yet, take a deep breath and see if it can wait. After all, a little Southern patience never hurt anyone. 

Let’s catch up when I’m back, hopefully, a little looser, a lot calmer, and still smelling like eucalyptus.
