The Final Flow: Closing the Year with Clarity and Calm

Close out the year with an evening of calm and reflection. This all-levels candlelight yoga class will guide you through gentle movement, mindfulness, and relaxation, followed by a soothing sound bath. We'll end the night with a champagne (or your preferred drink) toast to welcome the new year.
