Learn to Fly: An Arm Balance Workshop - September 13 at 12 pm 

Want to learn to fly? This workshop will walk you through several exciting arm balances to deepen and enrich your yoga practice. This class welcomes experienced yogis and those attempting an arm balance for the first time. With step-by-step instructions, no experience or special equipment is necessary.

Community Yoga Class - September 20 at 12 pm

Join us for a dynamic, strength-focused class that will challenge and energize you. This full-body workout is designed to help you build lean muscle, improve balance, and increase flexibility while flowing with breath and intention. Perfect for yogis seeking to build stamina, resilience, and focus – come ready to move, sweat, and leave feeling unstoppable!
