You’re doing better than you think
How often do you pause to say,
“Wow, I’ve come a long way” instead of “I should be further by now?”
If your answer is somewhere between “rarely” and “never,” you’re not alone.
I talk with women everyday who are chasing their goals.
We live in a world that celebrates hustle, milestones, and “what’s next” but rarely gives us space to reflect, reset, and truly appreciate how far we’ve come.
Goals are important, but constantly measuring yourself against what hasn’t happened yet can make your wins feel invisible.
This month, we’re sharing a simple but powerful mindset shift:
👉 You’re doing better than you think.
Even if…
- your schedule doesn’t allow to you to roll out your mat and practice everyday
- you haven’t nailed crow pose
- you’re still figuring out your next step
What you have done matters. The progress you’ve made, seen and unseen, is real.
You showed up on the hard days. You adjusted your schedule to protect your peace. You kept going.
It’s easy to live in the gap and constantly focus on the distance between where you are and where you want to be.
But what if, instead, you focused on the gain? On how far you’ve come. On the lessons, the growth, and the quiet wins.
That’s where confidence builds. That’s where sustainable success lives.
This part of your journey often goes unnoticed, but I encourage you to check in not with what’s missing, but with everything you’ve built.
Because here’s the truth: You’re doing better than you think.
And I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Through movement, mindfulness, community connection, and some seriously good food (hello, Southern-style brunch!), the Reset Retreat will help you shift from constantly chasing the next thing to fully appreciating the progress you've already made.
Step away from the daily grind and breathe, reset your wellness goals (without the pressure), and reconnect with your body.
🗓 When: Saturday, June 14
📍 Where: BullStreet District, Columbia, SC
🎁 Includes movement sessions, brunch, a walking tour, a retreat gift, and more.
