MAN-O-PAUSE
Yes, the men in our life go through the "changes" as well.
The first thing a man entering andropause, or man-o-pause (my made up term) :-) notices is;
- A downward shift in strength and energy as hormone levels taper off.
- Loss of muscle tone and stamina, which are the first to go
- He's gaining weight and that "spare tire."
- A voracious appetite and food cravings that he never had before.
- Frequent Night time urination
- Fatigue and burnout
- High cholesterol and blood pressure
- Pain
- Man boobs
- Poor sleep
To erase all of these symptoms, men need ALL of their hormones and adrenal levels tested just like we do!
He can start the new year off right and take the SAME hormone test as you.
Until December 31st, I want to help a few good men and gift a
$100 OFF coupon when you get him a hormone test.
If you'd like to get the test kit BEFORE Christmas, please reply to this email or text me.
In the meantime please share these tips to strengthen his overall hormone supply over time-
- Throw out testosterone robbers like caffeine, alcohol, cigarettes, and unnecessary stressors like burning the candle at both ends day in and day out etc.
- Hit the sack earlier – less than 7 hours of sleep disrupts appetite hormones to increase cravings and feelings of hunger
- Take time to do the things he enjoys! Stress reduction is the key to normalizing cortisol and T levels
The greatest gift IS a hormone test!
Men have all of the hormones we do and they need to be in balance for optimal health from estrogen to testosterone.
Happy Hormones = Happy Wife & Hubby! :-)
