Adolescent Resistance Training As School Starts

Hello, parents!

We will still plan to have class this Saturday, August 27, but will not have class next week on Tuesday (August 30th) due to the start of school for kids in CMS.

Please let me know if you plan for your child to attend on the 27th and how you feel about continuing during the school year. Also please respond if you have any questions!

Best,

Maks
