Ripples of AJC - The $100M Room

2 Years ago a dear friend who I have known for 26 years called me and said he is ready.

They were running a $10M business at the time and had created a vision of becoming a $100M organisation by 2030.

That's why he called me. He was ready to be coached.

Over the last 2 years the business has doubled to $20M.

And last night was the biggest moment in their history.

Last night I created a $100M Breakthrough Event for them.

28 of the top leaders were in the room and did the work they had never done before.

My client's father, 71 years old, stood up in front of the room and admitted he needs to change.

My client called the entire event a miracle.

The team felt it in their hearts.

They took ownership of their leadership.

They shared their vision for the organisation.

There was breakthrough after breakthrough in every moment.

28 people walked out of the room feeling more energetic than ever before.

More committed than ever before.

They walked out of the room as a $100M team.

So many of the things we spoke about and worked on were directly from AJC and my work with Ankush.

Last night was my most powerful training/coaching session ever.

Last night was my first $100M event.

A ceiling floor moment.
