Self care every day?!? Is that even possible?

Hey Mama,


This week I'm popping into your inbox to chat every day self care.


Now, this might sound like pie in the sky stuff - who has time for that, right? Yet, we can take 5 minutes each day for ourselves. That's totally doable. And 5 minutes a day does make a difference to your wellbeing as a Mama.


Once we understand that self care can be a myriad of things, for example:


  • 5 minutes feeling the sun's warmth on our skin
  • reading a few pages of your current book
  • lovingly massaging your hand cream in
  • closing your eyes, laying back and listening to your fave song
  • taking the time to send a text to your bestie to organise a catch up
  • enjoying your favourite hot or cold drink and really savouring it
  • doing a 5 minute stretching set
  • lighting a candle and writing in your journal
  • decluttering a single drawer or or one shelf in a cupboard


Then it seems so much easier to fit into your every day life. Anything that brings you joy and contentment is part of your self care.
