Bison are smarter than cows.

According to the National Bison Association (I had no idea they existed!) bison "will turn into a snow storm than drifting with the wind."

A result? They spend less time in the storm because they're running towards it instead of away from it.

We can do the same thing. We can run in to the things we want to avoid, and we'll spend less time in the discomfort.

Or, we can avoid. And whatever we resist will persist.

The discomfort isn't nearly as bad as we imagine. Take a step into the storm. Then tell me about it.
