When you shouldn't trust yourself (and when you should)

Hey, ,
Imagine you're on a flight to Hawaii. (Or whatever your happy place is.)
You look out the window and it's nothing but ocean.
You close your eyes and wonder, "How fast are we moving?"
Your body will tell you, "Not at all."
But, the flight information on the seat-back screen, says you're crusing at 500 miles per hour.
This uncovers a problem:
Trusting your feelings isn't the same as trusting your self.
Feelings are liars. They tell you what's comfortable...not what's true.
They tell you, "It's not that bad," when making a change is scary.
Trust your self. Trust you. Not your feelings.
You've got this!
Ken
