From AI Clones to Content Systems: What We Learned This Week
Jun 07, 2026 12:38 am
What Up Summiteer / ,
This week's conversation started with a simple question:
What's one experiment you're running in your events or content this month?
And somehow we ended up discussing:
✅ Instagram carousel strategies
✅ AI avatars and digital clones
✅ Community implementation labs
✅ Conversation intelligence platforms
✅ Claude skills and AI workflows
✅ Content systems and automation
✅ Why people buy outcomes, not features
In other words...
A typical Friday. 😄
The Big Theme: Better Systems Beat More Content
One thing became clear throughout the conversation:
Most of us aren't struggling because we need more content.
We're struggling because we need better systems.
Whether it was Joe experimenting with Instagram carousels, Thomas exploring AI-powered workflows, Zakia building Convoln or discussions around AI employees and Claude skills, the common thread was finding ways to create more value without creating more chaos.
The question isn't:
"How do I create more content?"
The question is:
"How do I get more results from the content and conversations I'm already having?"
My Favorite Insight of the Day
One of the most valuable moments came during our discussion about explaining what we do.
Many of us naturally lead with features:
- RSS feeds
- AI tools
- Automations
- Workflows
- Repurposing systems
But people don't buy features.
They buy outcomes.
Instead of saying:
"I help businesses repurpose livestreams."
Try explaining the result:
"I help businesses turn one livestream into weeks of content so they can stay visible without creating content every day."
Same service.
Different impact!
Experiments Worth Watching
A few experiments I'm excited to see develop over the next few months:
🎯 Instagram carousel strategies for audience growth
🎯 AI avatars and voice cloning for content production
🎯 Community-first implementation models
🎯 Conversation intelligence platforms that streamline podcast and livestream workflows
🎯 AI-powered teams, skills and workflow automation inside Claude
Some of these experiments will work brilliantly!
But every experiment teaches us something.
And that's why these conversations matter.
Your Challenge
Before next Friday, ask yourself:
What's one experiment you're willing to run that could improve your content, events or community experience?
Not a complete overhaul.
Not a 6 month project.
Just one experiment!
Because momentum is usually built through small tests, not giant leaps.
Thank you all for showing up, sharing openly and making these conversations so valuable.
See you next Friday.
Keep testing.
Keep learning.
Keep building.
*Keep Moving Forward!
