Hello everyone,
Yesterday everything was fine and dandy, and today I go to my CMA store, and WTF happened I simply don't know. Everything was haywire and out of whack. Wordpress has been "updating" stuff lately, and apparantly messing peopless sites up, but I never expected to find my store like this, without even doing a thing to cause it.
Anyway, I just spent 3 hours trying to put it back together and it looks like I succeeded, altho i still don't know what caused it. For those of you who tried to access the shop today, or those who came from Aprils Toolbox, if you had a problem, please go back and try now. If any of you are running WP on your sites, hava any of you encountered this before. Please tell me if you have.
I am so bloody fed up with Wordpresses BS, forcing clients to accept their "NEW' crap, whether it be their payment options, or their use of these awful block widgets, I am really upset. ENOUGH ALREADY!!
I just lost 3 WordPress stores on the Hostinger platform due to "upgrading to the newest version" 2 or 3 months ago, and altho that same upgrade went just peachy here, (I prayed while it was updating, did you hear that... I PRAYED lol!) but since that failed event at the other stores, I am scared to death to up to the latest now.
I was just about to get the codes ready for the November Giveaway, and this was when I discovered this mess. I will still be getting the codes ready inside the Forum members area to add your gifts etc... and will probably have it's main page on one of the forums html pages when it goes live, just to be sure it is accessible and working right.
That is all for today. I just wanted to let you know what was happening....
