The latest improvements and updates to SendFox
Free-plan users can now dismiss the upgrade prompt and keep working in SendFox instead of being stuck behind it.
Get AI-generated subject line and preview text suggestions while drafting an email. Available on Empire plans, 100 generations per month.
Support for custom domains on your primary smart page. Empire customers can now share their primary smart page on their own URL. Get started in settings -> Smart Page Domain.
A/B test any email in your automations. Empire customers can now choose how to split traffic across two variants, watch their open/click/unsubscribe rates side by side, and promote the winner with one click. Simply click the Edit Email dropdown on an automation item to get started.
You can now copy each Host and Data value with one click on the Validate Domain screen — no more manual highlighting.
A new Template Gallery is now available in the Library and inside the email editor. Browse a growing collection of admin-curated templates, drop one into your email with a click, and customize from there.
You can now customize the confirmation email each list sends to new subscribers. Create multiple confirmation emails from the Emails page and assign them per list — so different audiences get a tailored opt-in experience.
A cleaner Settings page. The sidebar is now grouped into Account, Sending, Connections, and Revenue so you can find what you need faster. Profile and Paid newsletter pages get a tidier layout with clearer section headers and helper text.
You can now search contacts by first or last name in addition to email, and a new list filter on the contacts page lets you narrow the view to a specific list. Contact rows also show the contact's name directly under their email so you can spot people at a glance.
You can now save reusable content sections — like signatures, CTAs, or intros — and insert them into any email with one click. We've also added a new Library page where you can create and manage both your email templates and sections in one place.
In-app banner that points existing users to the latest SendFox updates, keeping you in the loop on every improvement we ship.
SendFox now has a Feedback page where you can share ideas and vote on feature requests without leaving the app.
**New:** Contact Activity Timeline — see every interaction with a subscriber in one chronological feed. Visit any contact's profile and click "Activity" to see when they subscribed, joined lists, opened campaigns, clicked links, and more — all in one place. No more clicking between tabs to piece together their engagement history.
The public API now accepts a `preview_text` field when creating or updating a campaign, matching what's available in the dashboard.
We've cleaned up the Empire column on the pricing page so the value of the Add-On is clearer at a glance — including a one-line summary at the top and tighter feature descriptions below.
SendFox now moves faster between pages without full reloads, and the dashboard chart loads more quickly for large accounts.
The Empire upgrade and paid newsletter subscribe flows now open the checkout page reliably instead of occasionally showing a blank screen.
The 6-digit device verification code on sign-in now works reliably across all browsers, including those with strict privacy settings.
Users on an Empire trial can now access custom list confirmation redirect URLs and double opt-in controls, the same as paid subscribers.
See recent SendFox improvements in one place with a new public What's New page that highlights product updates in a clean timeline.
Contacts who resubscribe to a list now continue receiving the next email in any automation they were previously in.
Cloning an email no longer creates duplicate campaigns.
Customize the consent checkbox wording on your forms and Smart Pages to match your brand and compliance needs.
Fixed extra blank lines that appeared before horizontal rules in the email editor.
Corrected an edge case where delivery percentage could show incorrect values.
New campaigns no longer default to "engaged contacts only," giving you full control over your audience from the start.
Paid newsletter landing pages now correctly display podcast and YouTube feed content.
Pending emails from deleted automation steps are now properly removed instead of lingering in the queue.
Remove selected contacts from every list at once with a single bulk action.
Download a CSV of contacts who unsubscribed from any campaign.
Embedded forms now show a thank-you page after someone subscribes.
Bulk contact deletions are now logged with a note on your account for better record-keeping.
List subscriber counts now stay perfectly in sync across imports, removals, and bulk actions.
Newsletter confirmation pages got a modern, cleaner look.
Select multiple contacts and take action on them directly from the list page.
New API endpoints for forms, contact fields, domains, automations, and batch operations.
Enhanced how the platform handles and validates incoming requests for better reliability.
