When you're an observer, you scrutinize reality. If it's not what you like, you'll do whatever it takes to fix it. Or, depressed because it doesn't meet your expectations, you'll get under the blankets and pout.

But when you're a visionary, you bypass what is and go directly to what can be.

Observers focus on problems; visionaries invent solutions.

Observers criticize, analyze, comment, judge. And wait.

Visionaries create, rubbing their hands in anticipation.

Observers are. Visionaries become.
