We're excited to introduce some experimental AI features in our Computer Repair Shop (CRS) software. As part of our ongoing mission to innovate and transform, we have integrated AI capabilities that aim to significantly enhance your shop's operations and customer interactions.

To get started you will need to get create an OpenAI account and get an OpenAI API Key then copy this into CRS Settings->API. Open a ticket and go to the Ticket Notes tab. A new AI Response button will be visible.
