Thank You very much for operating on my layout this past weekend. I really appreciate you all making the trip. I cannot believe I had technical issues with the layout, but I appreciate your patience. It's always a process.

My goal as an operator and a host is to continue to grow. If you have any additional feedback as to what worked well and what needs improvement, I would really appreciate the constructive criticism.

• What needs to be fixed before you would consider operating on the layout again?
• What are improvements you would like to see, but are not dealbreakers.
• I would also be interested in knowing what worked really well so I can continue to do more of the same.
