Thank You very much for operating on my layout yesterday/Saturday. I really appreciate you all making the trip in spite of the weather. I have already started making improvements mentioned during the session, updating the labeling on the Manhattanville tablet, Creating "Cut Cards" and I will complete additional work on improving the first turnout off the mainline into Riverside.

My goal as an operator and a host is to continue to grow. If you have any additional feedback as to what worked well and what needs improvement, I would really appreciate the constructive criticism. I would also be interested in knowing what worked really well so I can continue to do more of the same.

I had a really great time seeing the success we had yesterday/Saturday getting all the loaded cars to the appropriate customers and moving the empties off layout.
