I have created this email list to provide updates on the Health Challenge.

For me, life seems to always get in the way of health. As I mentioned last night, Kiki the train inspector, is at the Vet today for surgery. Unfortunately I did not get out for a walk this morning as planned and the temperatures are increasing. To motivate myself, during my walk, I will be doing a live stream at some point today. Keep an eye out for this thumbnail. I will post the link so people can join in on the stream and we can walk together.
