Human[c]ity Junction | Weekly Update for April 4th, 2023 - Human[c]ity updates delivered to your inbox.

Hello ,

Operations, DCC Programming, Rolling Stock movements. These are all a crutial part toward realizing my layout goals. And every step I take, I get closer to the goal of an operational layout, but... The more I learn, the more options I have, the more choices I need to make.

Some of my best lessons come when I get the operate on other layouts and see how they do thing. Or when I get a new invite and get to read the prep materials for an upcoming operations session.

In two weeks, I am going to have the opportunity to operate on the New York & Atlantic. I am really looking forward to what I can learn.

More sessions scheduled for the end of April. My selections confirmed for Island Ops.

Here is the list!

Friday | Erie 28th Street

Sat Morn | Great Lakes & Iron Range

Sat After | Allegheny & Western

Sunday | Great Northern Railway

There are so many great layouts in the area it was really hard to select. These layouts will also be available to operate on during the 2023 NER Convention.

I saw a clinic, so I am trying something new, but I still have no idea what I am doing. But getting into operations, I am having a lot of fun with Model Railroading.
