Led by Stefan Crainic and Josephine Haas, this workshop will explore various disciplines such as dancing, martial arts, athletics, and acrobatics to develop a more responsive and adaptable organism.

During the intensive, we aim to offer you the tools to better navigate your practice with a sense of curiosity, exploring what there is to discover by engaging with the world in a more playful manner. Together, we will search for ways to grow and learn while finding our authenticity.
