Their Falcon platform uses AI to detect and prevent threats and identify user behavior! 😎 CRWD's current market cap is a whopping $36.49 billion - wowza! 💰 Their shares have soared up 44% in 2023, which is way more than the Nasdaq 100 Index's ($IUXX) rise of 36% - go CRWD! 🚀

ServiceNow is a cloud-driven IT services management company that's worth an impressive $113.01 billion! 😱 They have a massive global customer base of over 7,700, including almost 85% of the Fortune 500 - wowza, can you imagine? 💼

SentinelOne (S) has a Singularity platform that uses machine learning to detect cyber threats, analyze user behavior, and ensure system. The company currently commands a market cap of $4.91 billion & shares of the company are up 11% on a YTD basis.

The S&P 500 Index ($SPX) (SPY) is slightly down (-0.04%) while the Dow Jones Industrials Index ($DOWI) (DIA) is down more (-0.32%) and the Nasdaq 100 Index ($IUXX) (QQQ) is slightly up (+0.04%). This morning's market is a mixed bag 🤷‍♀️.

Tech stocks are holding up the broader market as we await Nvidia's quarterly earnings report on Wednesday. However, Nvidia's shares are experiencing some profit-taking and long liquidation after climbing over 2% to a record high earlier today. US economic news is also a bit of a mixed bag today 📉📈.

July's existing home sales fell more than expected to a 6-month low, but the Aug Richmond Fed manufacturing survey unexpectedly rose to a 7-month high.

Palo Alto Networks Impresses the Market With Huge FCF Growth and Margins

🔥Palo Alto Networks (PANW), the cybersecurity solutions company, just crushed their fiscal Q4 earnings 💰

Their free cash flow (FCF) and FCF margins were 💯 and the market is freaking out 🤑 PANW stock is up 15% and could go even higher

Their FCF growth and margins are For example, their FCF margin was 39% on revenue of $6.89 billion 💰That's a major increase from last year's 33% adj. FCF margin. PANW is killing the game in cybersecurity 💪

The Rumors Might Be Right: Let Off the Gas on SentinelOne (S) Before Committing Heavily

According to The Motley Fool, Reuters reported yesterday that cybersecurity company SentinelOne may be considering a sale. 😱 They've hired an investment bank and spoken to private equity firms. 😬While S stock benefited from increased tech spending during the pandemic, SentinelOne struggled and lost market value. But a potential sale could be good news for S stock shareholders! 🤑🎉

Alphabet Stock Holds Up and Attracts Value Investors and Short-Put Traders

Alphabet's (GOOG) 🤖 recent performance in the August sell-off has been impressive, dropping only 1.83%. And now, it's bouncing back up! In morning trading on Aug. 22, GOOG stock is at $130.67, down slightly from $133.11 at the end of July.

But, fear not! Alphabet's massive free cash flow (FCF) makes it attractive to value investors and options traders alike. 💰 In fact, I wrote about this in my July 30 Barchart article, “Alphabet Gushes Forth Record Free Cash Flow, Making GOOG Stock Cheap.” I highlighted that Alphabet's Q2 results showed that its FCF was up a staggering 73% YoY, and its QoQ FCF growth was over 26%! 😲 This impressive growth helps explain why GOOG stock has held

Tesla Stock Named to Baird's "Best Ideas" List

🚀 Tesla stock is turning things around by breaking a six-day losing streak! 😃 The equity took a bit of a hit in August, shedding 13.5%, but it looks like things are on the upswing.

Analysts are also feeling more positive, with only 17 out of 25 rating Tesla a "hold" or worse. 🤔 The 12-month target price of $239.82 is only a slim 0.4% discount to Monday's close. However, options traders are feeling a bit bearish with a 10-day put/call volume ratio of 1.04 at the ISE, CBOE, and PHLX.

🐻 This sits in the 99th percentile of its 12-month range, meaning bearish bets are getting picked up at a faster-than-usual pace compared to the last 12 months. 😬

Navigate Market Volatility: 3 Iron Condor Trade Ideas for August 22nd

🦅 An iron condor swoops in to take advantage of a drop in implied volatility, while keeping the stock within a predicted range 🎯. When the implied volatility is high, the expected range widens, providing even more potential for profit.

💰 The maximum profit for an iron condor is limited to the premium received 💸. However, the maximum potential loss is also capped. To calculate the max loss, subtract the premium from the difference in strike prices of the long and short options. Traders should have a neutral outlook on the stock and aim to enter when the stock has a high implied volatility percentile .

Is Energy Transfer Stock a Buy Now for its 9.5% Dividend Yield?

The shale era brought major 💰opportunities for pipeline companies! With oil and gas gushing out suddenly in places like North Dakota and Pennsylvania, the need for more pipelines was clear! This led to a boom that created thousands of miles of new pipelines.

But now, things are slowing down. 😔 Acquisitions are one of the few remaining paths to growth for pipeline companies! That's why Energy Transfer LP (ET) agreed to buy Crestwood Equity Partners LP (CEQP) for $7.1 billion, including debt! 💸🤑
