I wanted to share a few updates on a potential Warwick Extension...
Emily Brickman spoke with Clay Morton the main developer of the site. He expressed the development is very much against the extension and expansion of Warwick drive. He said “if the neighbors don’t want to connect, they don’t want to connect it.”
However, the city may have different plans and request/require connections. Clay said the development will submit the variance request, but it will need city approval. This will be a long process. He was adamant that neighbors should contact the city to let them know they don’t want expansion/extension.
Please take a few minutes to email Jessica Masters ([email protected]), the city planner, to let the city know you are against the extension/expansion of Warwick Drive. The more input we give the better.
