Been spending most of my time this week down at Clapham as the re-paint of it has officially began. The rain has delayed things slightly but hopefully we can get it wrapped up next week some time!

This week's 3-pointer:

🇬🇧 SLB continues to progress

Gonna take some used to calling it the SLB - but things continue to move. Competition formats are out for the season (would've liked to have seen a little more innovation here rather than going back to what was), a Reebok kit deal has been signed (nice!), and, as expected, the women's league has been brought under the SLB banner.

👀 Some familiar faces take ownership in the NBL

It turned a few heads last week when it was revealed Vince Macaulay and Nhamo Shire have teamed up to take ownership of Thames Valley Cavaliers. They are clear about trying to have a clear pathway for British talent while being deep rooted in community engagement - it has got everyone wondering, is an SLB franchise bid on the cards in the future? Elsewhere in the NBL, the KitKing Trophy is back for its third year with fixtures now out.
