Absolutelyyyyyy exhausted already and we've only just started the summer!

This week's 3-pointer:

🌟 Hoopsfix All-Star Classic 2023

Our first event of the summer is a wrap, as we welcomed 1700 people to the Palace on Sunday for a showcase of the top U19s in the country. Milton Keynes' William Issekya claimed the 3-point shoot out, New City College's Josiah Philip wowed in the dunk contest, while Team White dominated in the U19 women's game, and Team Black crushed White in the U19 men's game. It was also great to add in an expanded offering for coaches with a coaching conference that has been very well received. Big shout out to Jordan Brand who really helped us level up this year (never thought we'd be creating a barbershop or nail salon overlooking a court), along with Molten and Sportserve - plus the entire team that helped pull it off. It's a relief to get it done - as we now gear up for Summer Jam on June 10/11 at Clapham!

🏆 DLO & DVO win titles

Two Brits have experienced success overseas this week, as Dwayne Lautier-Ogunleye completed a treble in Austria, and Devon van Oostrum won a title in Slovakia - both playing key roles for their sides. Feels like we've had a lot of title success for Brits this season - long may it continue!

🇬🇧 Hoopsfix Pro-Am saved

You may remember around 3 weeks ago me talking about losing our headline sponsor for the Hoopsfix Pro-Am...been a bit of a stressful time, but we've sourced the funds/sponsors to help us get it over the line! So, we got about 3 weeks to finalise the teams and sort out staffing/scheduling - but I can confirm from Sunday June 18th we will be at Brixton Rec every Sunday for 5 weeks - join us! Stay tuned for further announcements.
