🇸🇮 They floated a court on Lake Bled in Slovenia

I was in Slovenia this weekend for a pretty spectacular event as Grosbasket and Jordan floated a court on Lake Bled - crazy amount of prep that needed to go into make something like that happen and I found it super inspiring! We took a small team out to produce content for Jordan - if you, or anyone you know, is in the basketball space and ever needs an agency, be sure to get them to check us out and send them my way! It is this work - the client/services side, that allows me to do Hoopsfix and all that other good stuff, so any referrals much appreciated.

📺 Caledonia Gladiators documentary released

Ball or Nothing, a new documentary following the Caledonia Gladiators’ 2022/23 season premiered this week on the BBC and is now available on iPlayer. We know how much we need better story telling around the sport, so it's awesome to see narrative-based pieces like this. Still only 1 episode in, i look forward to watching the rest over the next week or so.

🦁 Lions lose opening Euroleague Qualifier leg

London Lions saw their EuroLeague Women debut end in defeat as they were beaten 48-63 by Hungarian side DVTK in the first leg of the qualifiers last night at the Copper Box. It's a historic occasion and it was a great crowd, I think the biggest the women have had at the Box, and most definitely the loudest. A lot of work to do in the away leg (and judging by the travelling fans in London, it will be nuts), but would love to see them get it done!
