This week's 3-pointer:

πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ Chema Buceta out as GB Women's Coach

It came as a surprise this week when the BBF announced that Buceta is out "by mutual consent". Perhaps telling there is no comment from him in the press release and I'm told he was just renewed with a 2 year contract in September as well. Crazy times and marks the end of an era for the GB Senior Women's programme.

πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Jeremy Sochan goes off for career-high

It is great to see Jeremy continue to make strides in the NBA - with a casual 33-point, 8-rebound, 6-assist stat line. He's adjusting to playing point guard this season, and alongside 7'5" rookie phenom Victor Wembanyama so there is no doubt growing pains but his performance is a reminder just how talented he is.

πŸ€ Around the leagues

The BBL has signed their third US broadcast deal with the YES network, the London Lions continue to make their mark in Europe with their fifth straight EuroCup victory for the men, and the women - undefeated - securing the #2 seed in the playoffs, meanwhile domestically, check out our WBBL Power Rankings, and BBL headlines from this week.

That wraps up another drop, as always hit reply with any thoughts, questions or anything else!

With gratitude,

Sam
