It's past my bedtime in sweaty East London, but couldn't crash without sending this out and getting this week's podcast live (a few export errors meant it's pretty much consumed my entire day instead of being released first thing this morning as planned).

🎙 Podcast: Andrea Congreaves - the 🐐

I say it in the episode but I'll say it again, every time I look at Andrea Congreaves' basketball career it actually blows my mind. The numbers, the success, the honours...I feel like her career is so under the radar and the fact she isn't put on more of a pedestal for her achievements is criminal. Also, I did end up getting last week's podcast out, albeit a couple of days late - check out Jack Majewski talking on the importance of international exposure for the growth of British basketball - he had a ton of great points which have helped inform my own thinking on issues/solutions around the game here.

🏙 Euroleague + London

It feels like every few years the Euroleague comes out to let people know they really want to get a London franchise off the ground - and at the same time, haven't made a whole lot of tangible progress on it. Can't help but feel they go to the media without a whole lot but to try to raise awareness with potential investors and draw them in to make it happen. Would be incredible if it ever happened...

Every year Brad does a great job with the BBL roster tracker to keep track of player movements across the league and the one for this coming season is no exception - check it out to keep abreast of all BBL signings. There's also been numerous Brits signing abroad.
