The latest episode of the Hoopsfix podcast sees a 1h40min convo with coaching legend Dave Titmuss, who has done it at every level of the game for decades. Irrespective of his long list of achievements and success, *anyone* who has stuck with British basketball for over 50 years needs to be respected. Enjoyed the conversation and feel he is another example of someone having under-used knowledge we could tap into to really push things forward.

📺 The Bishop of Brixton

Some viewing for you this Thursday afternoon, as 2x BBL MVP Justin Robinson details his relationship with the legendary Jimmy Rogers in this new short documentary by Norwich University of the Arts student Tom Smith - incredibly touching and a prime example of the impact basketball can have.

🇬🇧 Winterburn returns

The big news of the week saw top prospect Holly Winterburn re-joining the Leicester Riders on a three-year deal after opting not to return to the US. This is the first time in my memory that the top player of a generation has opted for the UK instead of the US and is potentially a huge opportunity for the game here to show it can develop talent right the way through, should players not want to go to America...the question remains whether the WBBL has the visibility or commercial viability that its European counterparts might have for Holly to really capitalise off the court as well as on it.
