Hey, !
October 31st has long been the least favorite day of the year because of all the pagan ritualistic celebrations. Between all of the dark imagery and glorifying evil, it's really not the most enjoyable day.
However, if you study Church history, you will quickly realize that October 31st was a day that glorified God. The world, as it usually does, taints what is good and true but we as Christians must choose not to bow down to worldly, secular ideas.
Ever hear of Reformation Day? It's an important day in Church history! On October 31st, 1517, Martin Luther nailed his 95 theses on the Wittenburg Church door. This is the day the Protestant Reformation was born and a day in history that should be studied and not forgotten.
Incorporating Reformation Day into your homeschool studies and activities is highly recommended!
