I hope your week is off to a great start!

It’s been a very interesting few weeks for me, and there’s a really good reason why you haven’t heard from me in a bit.

3 weeks ago, my wife gave birth to our beautiful baby girl, Rose!  

It was such an amazing experience.  We had a home birth, and it couldn’t have gone any better!  

This ties into the email you’re reading in a great way.

This Thursday the 29th from 5:30pm - 7:00pm, we are celebrating our grand reopening / rebranding to Human Optimization Center (3 years after the fact, better late than never…), and you’re invited!

This is a rebirth of the business in a way (see how I tied it in ;).
