Note: On July 15th I'll be offering my first ever Untwisting Scriptures Zoom discussion. This one will be about church hierarchy according to Scripture. Learn more and join me here.

Hi ~

You’ve probably heard it before—maybe even in a moment of confusion or pain:

“God’s ways are higher than our ways.”

Usually it’s presented like this:

“You can’t understand what God is doing. Don’t even try. Just accept the mystery.”

But recently, through the teaching of Malcolm Smith and a fresh look at the context of Isaiah 55, I learned something new that filled my heart with joy.

Click below to for the article where I explore this passage—what it has meant to so many of us, and what it actually means when we see it in light of who our Lord really is:

"God’s Ways Are Higher Than Our Ways”: Is That Encouraging or Depressing?

Note: I've also recorded this article,

and you can listen to it at the top of the page.

I think you’ll be as encouraged as I was.

Learning His love, with you,

Rebecca
