Hi new friend 👋

In case we haven’t meet, my name is Mayra, born in NJ, grew up in the beautiful island if Puerto Rico, and now live in Buffalo, NY.

I’m also a Nutrition Dork, which is why I’d like to know if you are interested in healthy desserts. I love food, but due to health concerns I’ve had to modify my eating habits. I became obsessed and started re-creating my favorite foods in a healthy way. One of my favorite recipes is a super moist gluten free almond cake. 🍰 It’s delicious! And curbs the cravings for sweets. It’s a win win.
