Not to mention make me feel overwhelmed by all the things “I needed” to do to achieve that healthy lifestyle we all crave. Many of these programs often pushed supplements, pills, or shakes, and only measured success by weight loss, if they measured it at all. But what about our WELLBEING?

Healthy Rican VIP is a health and nutrition focused community designed specifically for women who want to live a healthy lifestyle, focus on wellbeing and have fun. For the woman who has a lot on her plate (did you see what I did there?) but still wants to eat good food and take care of others while prioritizing her own well being. 

As a Holistic Health Coach I’ve created this community to focus on resources, accountability, and support. The three things you need to make sustainable changes and keep going.

Amigas, as we head into the new year, we all want to create healthier habits, stay accountable, and support one another as we focus on ourselves, and stay healthy together. And no, it’s not selfish to focus on ourselves. We can’t serve others if our tank is empty. Let's make this the year we normalize self-care and women supporting each other.

Here’s the deets…

Let's talk about investing in ourselves. Somehow, we, the moms, the sisters, the wifes, spend lavishly on others and put our needs to the side. How about we change that today. 

There are three levels. Choose the one that calls out to you and fit your needs. Remember, this is all about YOU.

Each level has a limited number of spots, and once they are full, the program will close. New spots will only become available when graduates leave the program. 

How does the HR VIP Program work?

Starting on Jan 1st you will: 

💌 Have access to meal plans and resources: Each week we’ll create and upload meal plans with recipes, shopping lists, and task list to make the work of healthier eating simple and support your health journey and keep it going week after week. You do enough thinking for everyone else, we’ll take care of this one. 

🖥️ Monthly Group Zoom Calls: Once a month Las Premier and Las Exclusivas will meet for an online group accountability call to share successes, trip ups, and motivation. You cheer for everyone else, we’ll cheer for you. 

💬 Las Exclusivas Monthly 1:1 Coaching Zoom Call: Once per month Las Exclusivas will have a private coaching call to meet with me (your coach) for a fine tuning session, address any special needs you may have, and receive support. You are everyone's private life coach, we’ll be that for you.
